Kamille N. Espino
Kam specializes in litigation and criminal defense. She has extensive experience in handling complex civil and criminal litigation, including cases for high-profile clients. She also has experience in immigration, and has provided services relating to the naturalization of foreign nationals.
Before joining LMJA, Kam was an associate at Alburo Alburo & Associates, and interned at the Office of the Solicitor General.
Kam completed her Bachelor of Laws degree at the University of Sto. Tomas Faculty of Civil Law, and was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2018. She obtained her bachelor’s degree in Legal Management from the University of Santo Tomas.
Chiles Megan M. Areño
Megan’s practice areas include corporate law, contracts, commercial litigation, intra-corporate disputes, estate planning and settlement of estates.
She serves as corporate secretary to several of LMJA’s clients, and regularly provides legal and advisory services to foreign and domestic firms. Her corporate practice includes company formation, corporate housekeeping, corporate governance and regulatory compliance.
Megan also has experience in real estate disputes, and represents the country’s top real estate developers in civil and administrative litigation. As part of her commercial litigation practice, she represents clients in actions involving financial fraud and embezzlement.
Megan obtained her Juris Doctor degree from San Beda College Alabang – School of Law in 2019, and was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2020. She completed her bachelor’s degree in Legal Management at San Beda University.
Kimberley N. Licup
Kim has experience in multiple areas of the law such as family law, settlement of estates, expropriation, corporate law, and tax and regulatory compliance. She provides advisory services and legal representation in cases involving annulment and declaration of nullity of marriage, as well as corporate secretarial services for the Firm’s corporate clients. Prior to joining the Firm, Kim was engaged in freelance creative writing and academic research on causal-comparative analyses and case studies.
She obtained her bachelor’s degree in Economics and a minor in German as a foreign language from the Ateneo de Manila University where she was a member of its Fencing Varsity Team. Kim completed her Juris Doctor degree at the Lyceum of the Philippines – College of Law, and was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2020.
Eusabel C. Fernandez
Eusa is engaged in general litigation, both civil and criminal. She has represented and advocated for clients in a wide variety of cases, including estate, defamation, habeas corpus, VAWC, annulment and nullity of marriage.
Before joining LMJA, Eusa was engaged in freelance writing, and did volunteer work for the Judge Advocate General Service of the Armed Forces of the Philippines.
Eusa completed her Juris Doctor degree at the San Beda College Alabang, School of Law, and was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2020. She obtained her bachelor’s degree in Political Science at Adamson University.
Lila B. Rodriguez
Lila is engaged int he general practice of law, and has extensive experience in family law, civil and criminal litigation, labor law, real estate and settlement of estates. She also represents individual and corporate clients with data privacy concerns before the National Privacy Commission.
Prior to joining LMJA, Lila worked at the Asian Institute of management as a Faculty Assistant, the Asian Development Bank as a Research Assistant, and the Office of the President, Presidential Management Staff.
Lila was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2020. She completed her Juris Doctor degree at San Sebastian College Recoletos, Manila, and obtained her bachelor’s degree in Public Administration at the University of the Philippines, Diliman.
Diana Lou L. Boado
Diana specializes in corporate law, commercial transactions, regulatory compliance and data privacy.
She serves as the assistant corporate secretary, and provides corporate and legal housekeeping services, to several domestic and multinational firms. Diana also specializes in commercial litigation and financial fraud.
While in law school, Diana was adjudged the Best Mooter in the national round of the 2015 Red Cross Moot Court Competition. With her team mates, she ranked eighth out of 100 universities in the 2016 Price International Media Law Moot Court Competition at Oxford University, England. He essay entitled “Balancing Liberty and Prosperity in the Market for Big Data: Towards the Right to Personal Data Protection” was awarded second prize by former Chief Justice Artemio V. Panganiban in the Foundation for Liberty and Prosperity 2019 Essay Competition.
Before joining LMJA, Diana worked at Mawis Law, Baker & McKenzie Philippines, Zambrano & Gruba, and the American Chamber of Commerce.
Diana completed her Juris Doctor degree at the Lyceum of the Philippines College of Law, and her master’s degree in Political Economy at the University of Asia and the Pacific.
Abdul Nasser B. Sampaco, Jr.
Nas assists LMJA’s lawyers and clients across several practice areas, including corporate law, tax compliance, immigration and visa concerns, and election-related cases.
Prior to joining LMJA, Nas worked at the National Commission on Muslim Fiipinos, the primary government agency that provides government assistance, including legal advice, to Muslim Filipino communities. He was part of the team which spearheaded several pilot programs for Muslim Filipinos in the country, including the Community Legal Education Program, Legal Support for Detainees Program, and the Youth Paralegal Program.
He obtained his Juris Doctor degree from the San Beda College, Alabang, School of Law, and his bachelor’s degree in Humanities from the University of Asia and the Pacific.
Ivy A. Edodollon
Ivy has extensive experience in providing legal assistance to clients in matters relating to family law and domestic relations, such as annulment, declaration of nullity of marriage, and violence against women and children. She also provides assistance to clients on labor and immigration matters.
Before joining the Firm, Ivy completed her internship at the Public Attorney’s Office in Manila and at the National Union for People’s Lawyers.
She obtained her Juris Doctor degree from the Lyceum of the Philippines College of Law in 2020, and her Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from the University of Sto. Tomas in 2013.

Rowena A. Ternal
Her dedication and experience to LMJA are unmatched. For the past thirteen years, Weng has provided administrative support to all of LMJA’s lawyers, including its Founding Partners.
Weng completed her Computer Secretarial degree at West Negros University, Bacolod City.
Abegail O. Rili
As part of LMJA’s support system, Abby primarily provides services relating to civil and commercial litigation and regulatory compliance.
Her skills provide the bridge between LMJA’s legal teams and national and local government agencies, including the Bureau of Internal Revenue, the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Human Settlements Adjudication Commission, and the Land Registration Authority, among others.
Abby has a bachelor’s degree in Office Management from the University of Makati.
